DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is hiring a Lead Commercial Epoxy & Polyaspartic Installer to run 2–3 person crews on commercial and light industrial projects across Rhode Island. If you know surface prep, planetary grinders, liquid coatings, and how to keep a crew moving safely, we want to talk to you.

Modern surface prep equipment (grinders, dust extractors) and dedicated company trucks/trailers.
- Crew Leadership:
Lead daily job site setup, workflow, and safety for a 2–3 person installation crew. - Surface Prep & Repairs:
Operate planetary grinders, shot blasters, hand grinders, and perform concrete patch/joint repair. - Precision Application:
Mix and apply commercial epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane cement, and flake/quartz systems to spec. - GC & Client Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors and Property Managers on-site. - Quality & Tech:
Ensure zero-defect handoffs, track material usage, and log job progress using our mobile app.
- Experience:
2+ years of hands-on commercial epoxy/polyaspartic installation with proven experience leading a field crew. - Equipment Knowledge:
Comfort operating walk-behind concrete grinders, shot blasters, and surface prep tooling. - Driver’s License:
Valid driver’s license with a clean record; comfortable driving a work truck and towing a trailer. - Physical Capability:
Ability to lift 75–100 lbs regularly, kneel/bend for extended periods, and work in variable site conditions. - Professionalism:
Strong communication skills with a focus on safety, clean job sites, and client satisfaction.
