Courier​/DOT

Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED. Must hold a valid license for the type of vehicle assigned.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance required for customer contact. Must meet qualifications in Section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and undergo a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position. Medical exam required.

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
