Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the Logistics Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $18-20

What's the Job?

• Perform shipping, receiving, storage, picking, checking, and loading duties following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Machine Operating Procedures (MOP).
• Maintain accurate records and inventory balances through proper transactions.
• Operate various warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, stock pickers, and RF scanners.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse work experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and stock pickers preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and JD Edwards.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including UPS World Ship, Fed Ex, and LTL shipping procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and promote safety compliance.
