Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods.
• Monitor children’s development and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area.
• Ensure the health and safety of all children in the nursery.
• Collaborate with other nursery practitioners and staff members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviours with care.
• Organisational skills to plan activities, keep records, and maintain a clean nursery environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Must hold minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Experience:
  
  Care and Education in Nursery – 2 years (required).
• Experience:
  
  Working with young children – 1 year (required).
• Experience:
  
  Childcare – 2 years (required).
• Experience:
  
  Working within a team – 1 year (required).
