Accord Resourcing are proud to be working alongside a well-established and respected client who is looking to recruit a skilled and dependable Mobile HGV / Trailer Technician to join their team covering the Stockton (CV47) area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and values reliability and professionalism.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, servicing and repairs across customer sites, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, safe and operational.

Your duties will include:

• Maintenance inspections on trailers and HGV trucks

• MOT preparation work

• Fault finding, servicing and general repairs

• Attending service van jobs throughout the working week

• Travelling to customer locations and working independently

• Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards

• Representing the company professionally while working on customer sites

The Ideal Candidate

Reliability and self-motivation are essential for this position. This is a trusted, independent role where customers rely on technicians to deliver consistent, high-quality work.

You will ideally be:

• Qualified or time-served HGV or Trailer Technician

• Trailer and/or LCV experience will also be considered

• Experience working in a mobile, independent or recovery-based role is highly desirable

• Highly reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance

• Able to work independently and manage your own workload

• Professional and customer-focused

• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

• Full UK driving licence required
