Our Apprenticeships:
We proudly have over 48 Apprentices working with us at Baxi, embedding their college based learning into real-time experiences within their working roles with us as well as earning competitive salary. Our Apprenticeships range from Levels 3-5 and cover diverse areas of the business from Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, Carpentry, HR, L&D and so much more…. We positively enable our Apprentices to work with expert mentors in their field alongside studying for their qualification with their education provider and earning a salary.

Apprenticeships in Action:
In your first year, as a Baxi Apprentice you’ll be given the opportunity to attend our specially designed Baxi Apprentice residential course. As well as being a lot of fun, it also helps develop a number of skills from leadership to communication to team working and will help you apply this to our core company values – One Team, Customer Focus and Sustainable Future.
