• Competitive Basic Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (Tailored depending on experience)

• Perform heavy mechanical repairs, including timing belts/chains, clutch kits, engine overhauls, suspensions, and gearbox replacements.
• Utilize advanced multi-brand diagnostic scan tools to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Carry out routine vehicle servicing, safety inspections, brake setups, and pre-MOT health checks across various vehicle makes.
• Maintain clean digital/physical job sheets and communicate job timelines clearly with front-desk advisors.
• Keep your working bay pristine and adhere to standard workshop health and safety guidelines.

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage background).
• Technical Experience: Strong hands-on background as an Auto Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, or Workshop Specialist with confidence in heavy repairs and diagnostics.
• MOT Smart Card: Active DVSA MOT Tester Licence is a major bonus (higher basic salary available), but not mandatory.
• Mindset: Dependable, detail-oriented professional focused on clean workmanship and 'right-first-time' fixes.
• Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
