Where Warwick What Construction Type Permanent Salary Annual We 're looking for an experienced Wetroom Fitter / Multi-Trade Operative to work across residential refurbishment and planned maintenance projects in the Warwick area.

This role would suit an experienced tradesperson with a strong background in wetroom/bathroom installations who is also comfortable completing associated multi-trade works.

The Role:

Wetroom installation and refurbishment

Bathroom-related works

Associated multi-trade repairs

Planned maintenance and refurbishment

Working within residential properties

Completing work to a high standard

Long-term temp-to-perm opportunity

Requirements:

Previous wetroom fitting experience Strong multi-trade capability Maintenance experience Social housing experience preferred Full UK Driving Licence essential

Multi-trade experience across areas such as bathrooms, flooring and general maintenance is particularly desirable.

Experienced time-served candidates without a formal NVQ can also be considered, with potential support through the OSAT/NVQ route.
