HOAMCO is seeking a Compliance Administrator (PT) to support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of the community and its common areas. You will work with the Manager, Board of Directors, HOAMCO staff, and an assigned Accountant to manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance for HOA communities.
This 30-hour-per-week position requires knowledge of HOA compliance and professional verbal and written communication.
