Assistant Pastor​/Youth Pastor, Wasco, California

Living Hope Church is seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled Assistant Pastor / Youth Pastor to join our pastoral leadership team. This individual will partner with the Lead Pastor in fulfilling the mission and vision of the church by providing pastoral leadership, developing disciples, and overseeing the Student Ministries (Middle School and High School).

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Youth Ministry.
• Recruit, train, and mentor youth leaders and volunteers.
• Plan and lead weekly youth services, discipleship groups, retreats, camps, and outreach events.
• Assist the Lead Pastor with preaching, teaching, pastoral care, visitation, and church-wide ministry.
• Help develop leaders, strengthen families, and support the overall vision of Living Hope Church.
• Participate in church services, outreach, and special events.

• A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Meet the biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9).
• Agreement with the doctrine and mission of Living Hope Church.
• Credentialed or pursuing credentialing with the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee) preferred.
• Ministry experience in youth leadership and discipleship preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A servant’s heart with a passion for developing the next generation.
