Contract GIS Data Analyst
$30-35/hour | Immediate hire
We are seeking an immediate contract GIS / ESRI Data Analyst to support enterprise geospatial initiatives, data integration, and operational analytics. This role will focus heavily on ESRI platforms, GIS data management, and data-driven reporting to improve business operations.

- Administer and support ESRI ArcGIS platforms including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and related GIS tools
- Design, build, and maintain geospatial maps, dashboards, field applications, and spatial databases
- Integrate GIS, operational, and third-party data sources for reporting and analysis
- Develop and manage geodatabases, feature layers, and data governance standards
- Create Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to support operational decision-making
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, improve workflows, and support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with operations teams to translate field data into actionable system solutions
- Maintain data quality, documentation, and reporting accuracy across GIS and analytics platforms
- 3+ years of experience with ESRI ArcGIS, GIS analysis, or geospatial data systems
- Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, spatial data management, and GIS workflows
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, Power BI, DAX, or enterprise reporting tools
- Ability to manage large datasets and deliver analytical insights
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with agricultural, land management, or field operations data
- Familiarity with ETL processes, enterprise integrations, and geospatial governance
- ESRI certifications or advanced GIS technical expertise
- Hands-on GIS expert with strong data analytics capabilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment
- Proven ability to deliver scalable geospatial and reporting solutions quickly
