Start your journey as a Customer Service Representative at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will serve as the primary inside sales contact to customers for information related to non‑standard product requirements, order entry, status, expediting, delivery, product availability, pricing, and quotations. Our customer team supports a broad range of internal customers and ensures the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high‑tech products for industries such as aerospace and defense.

• Serve as the primary customer contact to communicate order status.
• Process quote requests, return authorizations, credit memos, and Quality Corrective Actions.
• Act as the customer’s ambassador in meeting order requirements and bridge internal teams (Credit, Product Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Engineering, and Production) to coordinate product shipment.
• Receive incoming orders, verify and effectively communicate issues related to product pricing, deliveries and special requirements.
• Maintain source documentation to support audit requirements, including purchase orders, evidence of shipments, approvals of deviations, tax exemption certificates, and other documents.

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three‑plus years’ experience in Customer Service, Marketing, or Inside Sales.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Compensation: $41,038.00 - $56,720.00 per year.
