As a Dispatcher you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing service calls for our technicians. You will schedule appointments, assign technicians to jobs based on location and expertise, and ensure timely responses to customer requests. You’ll communicate directly with customers and service personnel, provide updates and address any issues that arise during service visits. Additionally, you’ll maintain records of service calls, track job progress, and optimize routes to enhance efficiency.

Your work ensures customers receive prompt, effective service and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.
