Waseca Public Schools is seeking an early childhood special education para for the school year. This position will support the academic, mobility, eating, and personal needs of students with disabilities. Knowledge of various disabilities and special needs conditions, tutoring principles, child development principles, and behavior management principles is required. Skills in tutoring children with various conditions, one-on-one and group supervision, assisting children and teachers with various activities, and communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc.
