Sr. Test Technician

You'll be part of our Production team that will be proficient in assembly and testing of multiple product lines in support of the development of technologies, products, and processes, to meet cost, schedule and performance requirements of the customer.

• Proficient in assembly and testing of multiple product lines.
• Review test setups and make recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical assistance to Assemblers in the areas of design, layout and detail drawing and testing equipment of experimental models.
• Maintain testing equipment and organize working area.

• Setup, troubleshoot and perform maintenance and order replacement parts.
• Educate personnel in the proper setup procedures, including the use of correct tooling.
• Participate in AS9100, ISO, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification and solution verification.
• Prepare prototypes of components assembled product which meet established specifications.

• Two or Four year degree in Electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
