Continue growing your career as a Material Compliance Engineer where you’ll ensure that all products meet applicable environmental, regulatory, and material‑use standards.

• Review and interpret both U.S. and international material‑compliance regulations, including RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, CMRT, and SCIP requirements for electronic components.
• Partner with engineering and development teams to confirm that new and existing products align with material‑related regulations, and coordinate corrective actions when issues arise.
• Gather, evaluate, and maintain material‑content data using internal systems and Excel‑based tools.

• Create, organize, and update compliance documentation, including material assessments and customer submissions.
• Communicate with suppliers to request material declarations and conflict‑minerals data, track responses, and validate incoming information.
• Support the development and upkeep of internal material‑compliance procedures and assist in providing training to other departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret regulatory standards and advise stakeholders on compliance expectations.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Occasional travel as needed or directed by leadership.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status.

This is a Permanent position based out of Waseca, MN.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000/yr.
