In Home Caregiver - Evening Shift Weekends in Waseca

Schedule

• Evening shift availability: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Rotating every other weekend

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs
• Provide medication reminders
• Support and educate family members on safe care techniques
• Monitor client safety and report concerns to the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation per company policy and care plans
• Engage clients in activities and outdoor enjoyment when appropriate

• Patient, compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable with basic cooking and housekeeping
• Experience with dementia care is helpful
• Experience with traumatic brain injury (TBI) care is helpful
• Enjoys outdoor activities and engagement
• Tech-comfortable: Able to use smartphones, tablets, and apps for tasks such as placing grocery orders and completing electronic charting/documentation
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check, driving record check, and drug screen
• Ability to follow all health and safety guidelines
• Must be willing to commute within a 30-mile radius of the Mankato office to clients’ homes
