Job Title:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health | One Patient. One Family. One Meaningful Difference.

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $95,000–$109,000 annually

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients' homes.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful functional goals.
  • Educate caregivers and family members to reinforce therapy between visits.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills.
  • Passion for helping patients maximize independence and quality of life.
  • Home health experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
