Overview
Start your journey as a Manufacturing Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll provide technical support to production work cells for continuous improvement with a specific focus on quality, productivity, cost reductions, safety and effective corrective actions. Our Engineering team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high‑tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly.
- Interface with production operators and technicians to establish manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
- Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics, engineering drawings, customer‑controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.
- Support implementation of all key matrices. Record, summarize, and present data/information to department operations.
- Monitor trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs), execute corrective actions, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in response to product and process failures.
- Drive the optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians by utilizing effective root cause and corrective action analysis.
- BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
- 1‑5 years relevant manufacturing experience.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

- Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000
