Sr. Assembler J – Lead

This team‑oriented role involves interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, using specialized soldering skills, and working with engineers and technicians to improve safety, productivity, and quality. The Assembly team supports assembly set‑up, adjustments, repair, maintenance, and operation of equipment while ensuring uninterrupted service to customers in key industries such as aerospace and defense.

• Perform inspection of parts for defects and record and interpret data for process control charts.
• Provide leadership to employees by maintaining high quality standards.
• Support strategic direction and specific projects as directed by Supervisor.
• Have the ability to move to any assembly job function within the facility.
• Train assemblers to provide high quality, on‑time products to meet customer requirements.
• Operate a variety of equipment to assemble products.
• Produce products to conform to engineering drawings, assembly documentation, and required quality.
• Perform minor set‑ups/adjustments.

• Must be J Standard certified (Solder).
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing assembly or specialized training preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (no sponsorship).

Annual Salary range: $36,670 – $42,120 plus Lead Differential.
