Sr. Assembler J - Lead

Continue your journey as a Sr. Assembler J - Lead at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You’ll produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies. This team‑oriented role will involve interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, using specialized soldering skills. You will work with engineers and technicians to identify process improvement to improve safety, productivity, and quality. Our Assembly team is proud of their contributions supporting the assembly set up, adjustments, repair, maintenance, and operation of assembly equipment while ensuring the uninterrupted service to our customers in key industries like aerospace and defense.

• Perform inspection of parts for defects. Record and interpret data for process control charts.
• Provide leadership to employees by maintaining high quality standards.
• Support strategic direction and specific projects as directed by Supervisor.
• Have the ability to move to any assembly job function within the facility.

• Train assemblers in order to provide high quality, on‑time products to meet customer requirements.
• Operate a variety of equipment to assemble products.
• Produce products to conform to engineering drawings, assembly documentation, and quality requirements.
• Perform minor set‑ups/adjustments.

• Must be J Standard certified (Solder).
• 3‑5 years of experience in electrical or manufacturing assembly or specialized training preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Annual Salary range of $36,670 - $42,120 plus Lead Differential
