Assist in preparing concrete floors by cleaning, grinding, and repairing surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of coatings;
Mix epoxy, urethane, and other industrial coatings according to specified ratios and manufacturer guidelines;
Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, and other application equipment to achieve an even finish;
Operate grinders, mixers, and rollers in a safe and efficient manner;
Travel to job sites across Southern Minnesota and collaborate with team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
