Seasonal General Labor Shifts

Shift: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM Hourly Rate: $15.15 an hour

Conagra Brands is looking for Seasonal General Labor to join our growing team. The role involves operating and monitoring production lines, performing periodic checks to ensure quality standards, and troubleshooting light mechanical issues.

• Operate and monitor the production lines, performing periodic checks to ensure quality standards.
• Execute light mechanical troubleshooting and keep the line running.
• Work on‑site at the Waseca, MN location and report to a Team Lead.
• Follow plant safety rules and guidelines, ensuring compliance for self and team.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the work area.
• Operate equipment such as the table operator, cob inspection, and re‑husk machines.
• Operate a high‑pressure hose and assist with cleanup during and at the end of shift.
• Be sanitation‑qualified (training provided).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Production Supervisor.

• Familiarity with plant safety rules and ability to enforce them.
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience operating table operators, cob inspection machines, and re‑husk equipment.
• Ability to operate a high‑pressure hose and clean up after shift.
• Sanitation qualification (training will be provided).
