Assist with surface preparation of concrete floors to ensure coating adhesion;
Mix epoxy, polyurethane, and other industrial coatings according to specified ratios;
Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, and appropriate equipment to achieve an even finish;
Operate basic tools and equipment (grinders, mixers, rollers) safely;
Travel to job sites across Southern Minnesota and assist with completing projects safely and on time
