Plumbing Service Technician

Connors Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to perform residential and light commercial service, repairs, and installations in the Willmar area. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, complete quality repairs, install fixtures and water heaters, and recommend solutions that best serve the customer. You'll interact directly with homeowners and small businesses, provide clear explanations and options, and document work performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Install and repair fixtures, piping, and water heaters
• Complete preventive maintenance and system checks
• Read and follow work orders, codes, and safety procedures
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers on-site
• Provide repair options and explain work performed and costs
• Accurately document work, materials, and recommendations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good order
• Work collaboratively with team members and support training initiatives
