Administrative Services Coordinator PRIMARY PURPOSE

To coordinate administrative support functions while providing training, operational guidance, and workflow support to Claim Assistants.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assigns and directs work for new and existing administrative colleagues.
  • Coordinates administrative support functions and activities to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Identifies and resolves administrative, workflow, or process‑related issues.
  • Provides coordination, training and support for unit.
  • Provides technical and systems support related to unit‑specific tools and operational processes.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization’s quality program(s).
  • Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience training or supporting administrative or claims operations preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $18.25 - $20.00 USD Hourly.
