Production Operator
YUSA Corporation, located in Washington Court House, Ohio, is seeking highly motivated individuals with current or previous manufacturing experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Load materials and components onto production lines
- Assembly of small components with precision and attention to detail
- Apply spray paint or adhesive as required for various products
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Pack finished products efficiently and accurately for shipment
- Rotate through different stations to support production needs
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively.
- Must stand stationary on concrete for long periods of time.
- Push and pull containers of parts from and to work area.
- Mental concentration to ensure quality products are packed and rejects are disposed of properly.
- Ability to read work standards and complete written work records daily.
- Climb steps and ladders and/or stand on platform working in press area.
Interested candidates must be comfortable in a manufacturing setting, committed to work safely as part of the production team, take pride in producing high quality parts, be committed to coming to work every day scheduled, and be willing to learn as they grow with the company.
First shift hours are 5am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
Second shift hours are 3:30pm-2am Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
Overtime is scheduled based on Production needs.
