Join our close-knit surgical team as a Pre-Op / PACU Registered Nurse, where you’ll play a hands‑on role in guiding patients through every stage of their surgical journey. • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pre-operative and post-operative patients
• Monitor patients recovering from general, regional, or local anesthesia
• Obtain and document complete nursing histories and assessments
• Closely monitor vital signs and patient status, identifying and reporting any changes
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and care team members
• Supervise and support non‑licensed clinical staff as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
• Support a teamwork-based environment with opportunities for cross‑training
• Follow all nursing standards, state regulations, and center policies

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• 1+ years Pre‑Op/PACU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PACU, pre‑op, or perioperative experience preferred
• PALS and/or CNOR certification a plus
