Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently;
Balances cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Dispensers/Teller Cash Recyclers as necessary;
Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalates to management as necessary;
Educates customers on self-service/digital options and TD's products and services;
Trains and acts as a mentor to new Tellers
