Assist clients with activities of daily living including dressing and bathing;
Perform instrumental activities of daily living such as light housekeeping and meal preparation;
Assist with transfers and use of equipment (Hoyer lifts) as needed;
Maintain detailed written entries and communicate changes to the Director of Nursing;
Respond to same-day call outs and provide reliable coverage
