Flow Inventory Associate

Flow Inventory Associate – responsible for maintaining Car Max’s vehicle inventory and enhancing the customer experience in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

• Maintain accurate inventory by following Car Max inventory processes.
• Receive and secure vehicles shipped to Car Max and prepare title packets for transfers.
• Perform lot maintenance and merchandising, ensuring display areas are clean and organized.
• Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
• Execute photo station process for  listings.
• Drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.
• Follow Car Max Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Car Max driving standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; work experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
• Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

• Hourly rate: $20.35 – $28.38.
• Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time for eligible associates.
• Full‑time salary associates receive paid time away for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, and floating holidays (subject to manager approval).
