RN Clinical Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our Turnersville , NJ Assistive Care office.

• Conduct new client admissions and open new cases
• Perform skills training with new hires and annual competencies for home health aides
• Support field staff with clinical oversight and development
• Help ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care
• Collaborate with the clinical and office teams on scheduling and client needs

• RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills; home care experience a plus
• Passion for mentoring and staff development
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule
• Supervisory experience preferred

Base Salary: $85,000- $90,000 / year depending on qualifications
