We’re looking for someone who can bring a blend of skill, experience, and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Roofing experience (required)
• CSCS Card (required)
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change while working effectively within a team
• A friendly, professional attitude with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will involve all aspects of pitched roofing, including but not limited to:

• Removing or repairing damaged tiles or slates (stripping)
• Inspecting roof timbers for condition and stability
• Measuring roof areas to determine required materials
• Installing insulation and roofing felt
• Fitting slates, tiles, sheets, or cladding
• Applying waterproof membranes to flat roofs
• Installing flashings around chimneys, windows, and walls (plastic or lead)
• Sealing roof joints with mortar
