SALARY: $19.39 to $29.08 ($24.23 Mid-point)

Accounting Manager

LOCATION:

Nespelem, WA

Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk supports the accounting department by performing routine tasks related to invoicing, payment processing, and recordkeeping. This position may be eligible for additional incentive opportunities based on role and performance.

Essential Functions:

Generate and send invoices to customers.

Record incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
Maintain customer account records.

Assist with basic account reconciliations.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices.

File and organize financial documents.

Support senior accounting staff as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

0–2 years accounting or administrative experience

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Familiarity with accounting software

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of materials during events, trade shows, or promotional activities (generally up to 25 lbs.).Primarily office-based, with frequent use of computers, phones, and digital media tools.

Regular interaction with internal teams, executives, vendors, and community partners.
