About the RoleWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Business Controller, this role provides essential support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions, helping to ensure the accurate processing of financial transactions, reconciliations and reporting.
This is a full‑time position based in our office in Malaga, however we also welcome applications for those seeking part time work of 32 hours, please indicate this on your application.
Key responsibilities include:- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Receipting payments and processing supplier invoices
- Matching purchase orders, coding and processing invoices
- Following up outstanding accounts and preparing reports
- Processing payments and performing reconciliations
- Supporting payroll processing and payroll administration
- Processing and reconciling credit card statements
- Maintaining financial records and documentation
- Establishing and maintaining supplier and customer accounts
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:
- Minimum one year’s experience in a similar Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Payroll role
- Experience using Greentree or another ERP system desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Current C‑Class Driver’s Licence & full working rights in Australia
