We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our administrative team in Cashmere, WA. In this role, you will take complete ownership of the full-cycle accounts payable process—ensuring accuracy, vendor satisfaction, and strict adherence to accounting deadlines.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment, brings strong financial organization skills, and possesses a proven track record in commercial or industrial accounting workflows.

• Full-Cycle Accounts Payable:Manage end-to-end AP functions, including vendor invoice processing, purchase order matching, coding, and weekly check runs.

• Vendor & Account Reconciliation:Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors; resolve invoice discrepancies and account inquiries promptly.

• Compliance & Record Keeping:Ensure all payments comply with company policies, job-costing structures, and construction accounting standards.

• Financial Reporting Assistance:Support the office and leadership team with month-end closing procedures, reporting, and audit preparations as needed.

• Cross-Functional Support:Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and office staff to verify job-cost coding and material billing.

• Experience:5+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or commercial industrial sector.

• Software Proficiency:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Hands‑on experience with
  Sage 300 RE Construction
  software is strongly preferred.

• Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with job-costing, construction lien waivers, and purchase order systems is a major plus.

• Core Competencies:Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, high ethical standards, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
