ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Responsible for the protection and accountability of all assets.
* Participate in the reconciliation of general ledger activity.
* Responsible for analyzing balance sheet, income statements, and departmental financial statements.
* Assist in the preparation month end account reconciliations.
* Prepare reports, journal entries, account and activity analysis.
* Assists internal and external auditors.
* Professionally deal with difficult situations/people.
* Assures property operations meet internal audit standards.
* Working in stressful situations.
* Meet deadlines and multiple priorities of business demands as required.
* Comply at all times with QBRC standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient resort operations.
* Attend mandatory meetings.
* Meet deadlines as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

* 4 year college degree, preferred in Accounting or Finance
* Maintain a valid Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Gaming Commission License.
* 10 key by touch.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite software.
* Read, write and speak English fluently.

Preferred:
* 3 years accounting experience and/or 3 years in a Casino/Hospitality environment.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
* Class III License Required
