In this role, you will support the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the practice while partnering closely with providers and office leadership to deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care. The Office Supervisor plays a key role in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and patient-focused environment that supports both operational success and an outstanding patient experience.

Reporting Relationship

  • Reports to the Practice Manager

Schedule

  • Full Time including one (1) Saturday per month

Pay Information:

$26.00+ per hour/DOE

Position Responsibilities

  • Support and guide the front office team in completing daily responsibilities, maintaining accountability, and following office standards
  • Assist with monitoring and improving provider schedules to support productivity and patient access
  • Help identify opportunities to fill open schedule time and minimize gaps or cancellations
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with providers regarding scheduling updates, patient needs, and operational concerns
  • Support patient experience by assisting with patient questions, concerns, and service recovery when needed
  • Ensure patients receive timely, friendly, and professional communication both in person and over the phone
  • Assist with training and onboarding new front office team members on office processes and expectations
  • Help maintain accurate patient records, scheduling, and insurance information
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth daily operations and a positive office culture
  • Support the Practice Manager in implementing office goals, workflows, and operational initiatives
  • Monitor front office workflows to ensure efficiency, organization, and exceptional customer service
  • Assist in managing daily patient flow and problem-solving operational challenges as they arise
  • Promote professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and patient-centered care within the office environment
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and office procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of dental experience required
  • Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
