Description
Under the general direction of department leadership, the Patient Services Specialist performs a variety of tasks related to patient scheduling, pre‑registration, and authorization/verification of benefits in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. The Patient Services Specialist cultivates working relationships between therapists, practitioners, and patients. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful, and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors, and to be a positive representative of the hospital at all times.
Required Qualifications- 1 year experience with patient scheduling.
- 1 year billing or insurance company experience.

CompensationPay range: $17.97 - $26.92 per hour. Base pay is the starting point; additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

On‑site, Mount Carmel Hospital-Colville, WA 982 E Columbia Ave.
