As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team in Malaga.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our management, operations and field teams, playing an important part in keeping the business running efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers, suppliers and staff.

ABOUT

THE ROLE

This full‑time position is ideal for someone with previous experience in administration and accounts who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with in the trades, construction or service industry will be highly regarded.

You will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day financial and administrative functions of the business while ensuring a high level of accuracy, organisation and customer service.

Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Preparing and processing customer invoices
  • Receipting customer payments
  • Processing supplier invoices, receipts and credits
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations
  • Responding to customer and supplier account enquiries
  • Managing multiple email inboxes and correspondence
  • General office administration and reception duties
  • Welcoming clients, suppliers and visitors
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Filing and document management
  • Monitoring office supplies and stationery
  • Assisting with inventory administration
  • Providing administration support
  • Supporting the wider team as required
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts and administration role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and accounting software (MYOB experience is advantageous)
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • A positive, reliable and team‑focused attitude
  • Experience with in the plumbing, construction or trades industry (desirable but not essential)
