Under the direction of the Contract Administrator, helps move construction projects towards completion by performing tasks which typically include production and distribution of collateral file management, data collection, report creation, proofreading, research, large document assembly and team collaboration. Provides administrative support to complete a variety of projects and ongoing daily administrative tasks for the Project Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThese duties are those typically performed in this position. Employee may not perform all the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties.
- Provide support to Contract Administrator, Estimators, Project Managers & key personnel throughout bidding process and contract.
- Coordinate with estimating team to format, proof, edit and assemble bid and private proposals as needed.
- Attend Pre‑bid and/or Project Meetings as needed.
- Assist in contract compliance from project award through final closeout.
- Assist in coordination, collection, tracking correspondence and construction documentation for multiple projects.
- Assist with Small Business Participation and Subcontracting Program.
- Assist in updating and maintaining subcontractor insurance requirements.
- Assist with preparing/submitting workforce and minority utilization forms and prevailing wage requirements/compliance, collection/tracking of insurance and employee site clearances.
- Assist, schedule and partake in periodic travel.
- Assist with a variety of tasks for other departments including invoicing, accounting functions, and back‑up coverage for Receptionist.
- Work within and promote corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization.
