Main Shop Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service from write-up through vehicle delivery

Maximize service sales by effectively presenting recommended maintenance and repair options

Manage and schedule technician time to help meet and exceed departmental sales and productivity goals

Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, estimates, and any changes throughout the service process

Prioritize customer safety and vehicle reliability when recommending services

Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance

Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and high CSI scores

Main Shop Service Advisor Benefits and Compensation Pay Range:
Make $80,000 to $150,000 annually!

Main Shop Service Advisor Qualifications1–3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Ford or dealership experience preferred)
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, management, and customers

Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation, follow-up, and repair order management

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
