Sr Executive Strategy & Planning Manager

This position will be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role. It is a hybrid schedule, requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to prepare briefings and presentations to support the critical initiatives that propel us toward our business objectives.
• Assist in managing the organization’s operating rhythm, including tracking and monitoring follow‑up of critical actions.
• Develop key insights to help foster informed decision‑making and recommendations for the highest level of our organization.
• Assist with special projects for the President, his Chief of Staff, and his broader leadership team and provide outstanding leadership and management to the organization to help the group deliver on business goals.
• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

• 7‑10 years of progressive experience and responsibility in corporate strategy, strategic planning, strategy and operations, business analysis, or other strategic/operational roles requiring executive presentation and communication skills.
• 4+ years – Business operations experience in Marketing or another support organization.
• 4+ years – Program Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $109,600 – $197,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
