  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across various organizations, geographies, and leadership levels to drive products and programs that champion the learning curve of a new driver.
  • Use AI‑based preemptive reporting mechanisms to identify vulnerabilities and nudge partner teams to action on decisions quickly.
  • Analyze metrics and patterns of behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Define the strategic direction and build roadmap for the best‑in‑class experience for new drivers globally.
  • Build / design / refine frameworks to identify opportunity areas within existing and new product and program suite.
  • Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on program decisions, roadmap status and risks.
  • Effectively influence partner teams for prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics and Tech teams to articulate and prioritize feature needs for analytics and reporting.
  • Work in partnership with global partner teams to help drive worldwide parity across products and programs, while accommodating for regional nuances.
  • Create, maintain, and disseminate program information on a regular basis to senior leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Business strategy or Non‑Tech Program Management experience.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of general AI tools.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large‑scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.
