• Managing overall supplier relationships including performance, capability, capacity planning, contracting, risk mitigation, cost, and quality improvements.
• Collaborating with technical operations, engineering, and program teams on new product introduction programs to define standard and custom product requirements, ensuring sourcing strategies meet technical capabilities, cost, and business objectives.
• Driving suppliers’ continuous improvement and value engineering to support program performance metrics: quality, delivery, capacity, cost, and safety.
• Monitoring suppliers’ supply chain, manufacturing, and human capital relative to overall program objectives.
• Developing and executing global commodity strategies that align business requirements with supplier capabilities.
• Developing alternate sourcing strategies to optimize costs and ensure continuity of supply.

• 8+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience.
• 6+ years of related industry experience.
• 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in global supply chain management and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience creating an innovative global supply strategy resulting in tangible benefits to the business.
• Experience negotiating with global suppliers and a proven track record in cost reduction.
• Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners.
• Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent).
