Role Purpose
The Capacity Planner is responsible for executing the commercial crush plan by aligning inventory, logistics, and facility scheduling to maximize efficiencies, productivity, and profit at the Warden Crush facility.
Main Accountabilities- Oversight of inventory management ensuring operations align with commercial activity. Monitors the condition of product to ensure customer specifications are met and efficiencies maximized.
- Manages outbound transportation to be consistent with commercial plan and facility production.
- Manages local relationships with related rail company(s), as related to logistics, and local rail service.
- Oversees the inbound scheduling and receiving of all grain delivered and outbound scheduling of truck meal, and oil.
- Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.
- Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles.
- Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.
- Recommended five (5) years minimum experience in logistics planning, inventory management, or commercial trading roles.
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Agriculture considered a plus.
