The Pricing team is part of T-Mobile's Pricing and Insights organization and drives pricing strategy across the enterprise. We develop the business logic and economic analysis behind pricing decisions for all brands, products, and services, and we leverage our expertise to help leaders across the company tackle their most important challenges. This role coordinates and owns work streams on projects that tackle complex and ambiguous problems spanning pricing strategy, economic assessments, and value proposition development to drive transformational outcomes for T-Mobile's customers and the business.
A Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager plans projects across multiple work streams, performs analyses, and works with senior decision makers to turn insights into decisions.
- Frame problems with an enterprise-wide view: work closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem solving approaches.
- Extract and analyze data.
- Build economic, pricing, and other decision-making models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.
- Synthesize recommendations and understand their impact on the business.
- Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business (Finance, Accounting, Finance), Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative/technical fields. (Required)
- 2+ years Management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy (Preferred)
- Problem Solving:
Consulting-style problem solving that can break complex ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach; structuring multiple work streams and identify interdependencies. (Required) - Analytics:
Oversee and perform a broad array of analytic capabilities: descriptive analytics on big data sets, predictive analytics, complex economic and pricing modeling, etc. (Required) - Communication:
Build logical narrative structures independently tailored to executives and create compelling visualizations (Required) - Financial Analysis:
Proficiency with reading and understanding implications of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements (Required) - Executive Level Presentations:
Contextually modulate language and message to tailor to audience (presenting up to SVP level) (Required)

Base Pay Range: $117,400 - $211,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
