Job Overview
This role supports strategic planning and operational management to enhance organizational effectiveness and process quality. It involves developing multi-year strategies, managing organizational design, and driving key initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. The role requires creating strategic roadmaps, overseeing budget governance, and leading special projects that impact the business unit. Success is measured by the effective implementation of strategic plans, improved operational processes, and alignment with organizational goals.
The work influences leadership decisions and contributes to the overall health and performance of the organization and its stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps and organizational design to support organization’s initiatives and process improvements
- Create presentation materials and briefing content to facilitate communication and decision-making for leadership
- Partner with financial planning and analysis teams to manage budget oversight and labor governance within the organization
- Lead cross-functional special projects that address organizational priorities and require dedicated coordination
- Collaborate with leadership and human resources partners to perform operational duties supporting organizational effectiveness
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 7‑10 years professional experience in finance, operations, strategy, analytics, consulting (Preferred)

Base Pay Range$107,400 - $193,900
