Job Title
The duties include:
Performing pre and post award contracting functions associated with the acquisition of supplies and services.
Researching and applying new and creative means of contracting.
Mentoring others.
Reviewing requirements packages and recommending or determining the most appropriate method of procurement and preparing pertinent solicitation documents and justification.
Reviewing all requirements that seek to limit competition and fully justifying the acquisition of spare parts.
Performing detailed analysis of bids or proposals received, analyzing price and complex cost data, and utilizing cost analysis information provided by agency auditors.
