Willingham Works is a nurse‑led, woman‑owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky that supports government agencies and public sector organizations by building dependable staffing pipelines for critical operations and support roles.
We are currently building a pre‑screened candidate pool for Dispatchers and Public Safety Support Professionals in Colville, Washington and the surrounding 10‑mile area for upcoming opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening.

- Public Safety Dispatcher
- 911 Operator
- Communications Specialist
- Call Center & Coordination Professional
- Dispatch, emergency response, or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience handling high‑volume calls
- Familiarity with CAD systems or public safety software is a plus
- Open to various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation varies depending on assignment type, location, shift, and experience.
